Where are we now in the War on Terror with Cheney and Rove having led the way up until now? His 2 main guys are goin down... poor judgment... no statements to the press as if no big deal.... Can’t own up ...ignoring Friday’s report of Cheney telling Scooter to leak to the NY times, ETC ETC
I can only think of what my father would say. He was a reformed quail hunter... gave up quails and stuck to Doves after reading That Quail Robert in the early 70's. Quail had too much personality he told me the year I birthed his first grand daughter. He taught me what a patriot was... a truthful, honest, fighter who was honorable and forthright and spoke up for the under dog and fought hard for freedom especially freedom of speech. “And look out for “Big Gubment”...it will do us in. And these are not even Democrats!
So now what do we have:
A president who is somewhere between Big Brother and Big Spender running up our children's deficit trying to run a war for the next 6-7 years while our faithful soldiers lose limbs to car bombs and bunch of criminals we can never put a stop to. You all and I have been on their list to surveille for sometime, I’m sure!
Everyone knows we are in deep doodoo and the Halliburton Emperor has no clothes, but they can't admit the scum passing for public servants such as De Lay, Libby, Rove, Chertoff etc, etc. via (Abramoff the Criminal,) are claiming to do what’s necessary to keep this country safe while not even being able to admit we couldn't handle Katrina much less another attack.

So, today’s Miami Herald headline concerning the hunting incident: “the White House blames the victim”. A few stories down, in another story The Herald quotes the Archdiocese of Miami “ The official word from the Catholic church is “ the 10 year old was to blame for the sexual abuse by the priest. The child was “negligent.” What is wrong with this picture? Does anyone see a pattern here? Fabricated WMD’s and they worried about Clinton’s Oval sex? Gimme a break.
Excuse the Diatribe but can we can start finding some people to clean up this quagmire? Are you talking about this with your friends? ’Cause we need to get going on this. Your friends with money... get them to dig up some real people who will run!! NO more rich jokers from the Ivy League
Back to my father... when a person can’t come out in public and admit he was wrong and take personal responsibility for his actions he does not deserve his fellow man’s respect.
Maybe Cheney will now know what it means to “come under sniper fire”
These guys are cowards in my book... what will it take to wake up Americans and really protect this country and quit fooling ourselves. When you see Bush ‘04 stickers, stop those SUV’s and ask them: HOW MUCH LONGER?
DO US A FAVOR AND REALLY SUPPORT THE TROOPS WITH A STRATEGIC PLAN AND some body armor.
